- In case of any damage or discrepancy to whole or part of cargo which insurance does not covered we are committed to compensate the clients lost (normally we delivery CIF & insurance will be paid by our side).
- In case of cargo does not meet client satisfaction or any other case might be out of client control we are committed to retune or replace the cargo.

Delivery time & Insurance
- From date of first payment Max 15-20 working days will takes delivery the cargo to seaport (depended on season & kind of dates Delivery time could shorter).
- Always cargo will insured by us in favor of our clients & insurance are included in our prices.
Payment term
- Confirmed L/C at sight
- 30% in advance & rest against copy of B/L.
- Usance L/C is negotiable.
- Clients credit against confirmed bank L/C through international bank is acceptable /negotiable.
Sample
Sample is free but currier (DHL, Aramex, TNT, …) expenses should paid by clients , in case of clients has not currier account we will follow the case with local currier then through them will ask clients confirmation for carrying sample.
